  • Preconstruction Consultation

    We understand that getting started on a renovation or build is a complete unknown for most people, and we want to be a guide. However, we also know that clients are coming to us at varying degrees of “readiness” to get started, ranging from “we’ve begun to think about a kitchen renovation” to “we’ve been discussing a home addition for ten years and already have architectural plans.”

    With this in mind, we’ve created a preconstruction package process designed to gather information, cultivate trust, and set you on a trajectory for a successful project.

    Phase goal: Providing you with an actionable plan and budgets to move forward with confidence with us as your builder

  • Preconstruction

    Once we have direction regarding scope and budgets, our team will provide designs reflecting your goals and vision for your renovation. We also incorporate our in-house interior design team to ensure that our fixture and finish budgets accurately reflect your vision. Finally, we’ll provide comprehensive budgets for the construction phase. Our team advises on value engineering opportunities as well as cost-saving ideas to give you the confidence that your plans and budgets accurately reflect final costs and that costly surprises are minimized. This turn-key approach - incorporating plans, interior design, and construction estimates - creates a synergy that allows us to move efficiently through the preconstruction phase and ensures all aspects of your project have been planned for.

  • Construction

    Now the fun begins! Our view is that each renovation project can only be successfully accomplished with a healthy ecosystem of systems, processes, vendors, and the most skilled tradespeople. We’ve cultivated relationships with local subcontractors and vendors to ensure your experience matches the end product. Your project manager will oversee every aspect of the project, and utilizing our project management software will keep you updated on budgets, timelines, and any critical decisions still to be made.

  • Completion and Warranty

    While each project has a “hand the keys over” moment, our commitment to you doesn't stop there. All of our work carries a one-year warranty.
