That’s why we offer a Preconstruction Consultation to give you space to dialogue about your project with our team before you field the pressure of timelines and contracts. During this time, we’ll discuss items such as:

+ Is my plan in my head the most efficient use of space?

+ What are the potential pitfalls of this project, and how can I avoid them?

+ How long should this project take?

+ What should I expect from a budget perspective?

+ What are the next steps, and when could we expect to start?

After the one-hour consultation, we’ll provide preliminary pricing, a floorplan, and an exterior elevation (if applicable) sketch. We’ll also schedule a follow-up call to discuss the budgets/sketches and outline a simple, actionable game plan for you to move forward in your project.

Cost: Starting at $250 and varies upon scope. Consultation includes 1-hour consultation, preliminary estimates, and a Zoom call discussing estimates and next steps.
